GRAM is devoted to the preservation of our natural world. We do our part to reduce our impact using a science-based approach to track our energy efficiency, manage our water consumption, and reduce our landfill impact by increasing our recycling efforts.
- 2023 Greenovation Award Winner from work on diverting over 30,000+ lbs of gloves from landfills

GRAM’s sustainability practices include:
- Invested in isolator technology, reducing gowning requirements and waste
- Selected vial washers with ECOwash technology to reduce WFI utilization
- Adopted Roberto Clemente Park located across from GRAM’s Godfrey facility and host quarterly cleanups and beautification projects
- Implemented reusable gowning materials and biodegradable gloves
- Partnered with a local curbside composting organization to add composting stations to all employee breakrooms
- Ongoing waste and water consumption tracking

GoBeyond is a committee at GRAM that provides employees with opportunities to engage and support our community. The goals of the committee include offering Volunteer Time Off (VTO) opportunities for employees focusing on the gift of time, and developing community partnerships.
GRAM employees receive 16 hours of VTO every year to use towards non-profits such as 501c3 organizations, civic duty, or church involvement.
