Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing Named One of Michigan 50 Companies to Watch
GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan – Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (“GRAM”), has been awarded the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch award by Michigan Celebrates Small Business. The award is given to second-stage companies headquarted in Michigan that are making an impact on the economic landscape. The awardees represent a diverse range of industries and all regions of the state.
In order to be considered, GRAM had to meet certain criteria, including: being privately held, facing issues of growth, employing 6-99 full-time employees, having between $750,000 and $50M in annual revenue or working capital, and demonstrating the intent and capacity to grow. The winning companies were selected by judges representing backgrounds in banking, economic development, entrepreneurship development, and venture capitalism.

GRAM will receive the award at the 11th Annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business Awards Program in Lansing, MI on May 7th, 2015. In addition, Mr. Ross will represent the GRAM team at a private reception with Governor Snyder on May 6, 2015.
Mr. Ross added “Since GRAM opened its doors in January 2011, we have invested a significant amount of capital in people and very specialized cleanroom equipment and technology. After obtaining FDA approval in August 2013, we have expanded our customer base, offered additional capabilities and achieved higher revenue each year. We expect to continue this growth in future years.”
