Grand Rapids, Michigan, March 15, 2018 – Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing, Inc. (GRAM), a leading provider of high-quality sterile parenteral solutions, names Nick Bykerk, Colleen Herczak, and Steve Nole as Vice Presidents.

Nick Bykerk to Vice President, Business Development and Finance
Previously Director of Business Development and Finance at GRAM, Bykerk, a graduate of Calvin College, joined GRAM in 2012 and played a critical role in the recent partnership deal with the Washington, D.C. based private equity firm, Arlington Capital Partners. Since being named Director of Business Development and Finance in 2015, GRAM has been recognized as one of America’s fastest growing companies by Inc. magazine with increased revenue of 791% over a three year period.
Colleen Herczak to Vice President, Quality
Previously Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Herczak began her career at Perrigo Company before joining Emergent BioSolutions where she held director-level positions within the quality and I.T. departments. Since joining GRAM in 2016, Herczak has played an integral role in helping to maintain a superlative quality track record at GRAM, which had zero 483’s on its last FDA inspection. Exceptional quality is GRAM’s top priority and Herczak will continue to lead that effort.
Steve Nole to Vice President, Operations
Previously Director of Operations, Nole joined GRAM in 2015 after previously working with Anika Therapeutics, King Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer’s pharmaceutical sciences biotherapeutics group. Nole has 19 years of industry experience which have been critical to managing explosive growth at GRAM. Through the implementation of several process improvements, he has helped to nearly triple the capacity at the current facility. GRAM is now perceived to have industry leading disposable, single-use technology and will bring on more state of the art capabilities under Nole’s leadership.
