In 2020, GRAM was selected to Operation Warp Speed, and partnered with Johnson & Johnson to tech transfer and manufacture their COVID-19 vaccine. GRAM’s adaptability and vial manufacturing expertise lead to successful vaccine production that supported millions around the world. Subsequently, GRAM’s sterile filling and lyophilization facility was awarded the 2021 Facility of the Year Awards Winner for Special Recognition for Operational Agility: COVID-19 Impact.
Our liquid and lyophilized vial-filling expertise continued as our customer list grew and we continued expanding our services. Annex 1 guidelines are built into GRAM. Our latest technologies are focused on minimizing operator intervention and incorporating automation. All of GRAM’s filling lines and GRAM’s lyophilizer include SKAN isolator technology, which uses glove ports and decontamination cycles within the isolator to eliminate operator intervention.

All three of our vial filling lines utilize identical filling and isolator technology, which allows our clients the ultimate versatility and flexibility to ease the qualification of products across multiple lines and seamlessly scale their products as needed to succeed in the marketplace.
